If you’re looking for a counsellor and trainer who brings both expertise and heart to every session—meet Renae 👋 With a background in psychology (majoring in criminology) and counselling, she understands the why behind behaviour, but more importantly, she knows how to genuinely connect with the person in front of her. Whether she’s in the arena or in a therapeutic setting, Renae creates a space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow.
Blending evidence-based counselling approaches with her skills as a horse riding coach, she translates complex emotions into practical, meaningful progress—both on the ground and in the saddle. Building rapport isn’t a technique for her—it’s second nature. With a lifelong love of animals (and a soft spot for anything with hooves 🐴), she brings warmth, calm, and a touch of humour into every interaction.
Part counsellor, part coach, and full-time advocate—Renae is the kind of professional people trust, remember, and grow alongside.
